After doing the listening scale in the book, it showed that i am the best at. Relational listening and i needed to work on my analytical listening skills. Relational listening is when a person is concerned with and is aware of the other persons feelings and emotions. For this listening style, the goal is technically focused on building the relationship. I know for myself, i always try to put myself in the persons shoes, no matter what the situation is.
