HRM 3430 Chapter Notes - Chapter 3: Human Resource Management
Document Summary
The term environment is hard to easily understand and/or comprehend. It is vague and not distinct; the word environment is ill-defined. It is hazy, loose, imprecise and inexact. For every organization and/or environment, it is crucial, important and significant that the human resources management strategy formulation is dependent upon the factors of the environment as it directly impacts the situation. In this context, it refers to a vast and wide-spread of circumstances as well as situations that pertain to the organization and/or business and impact strategy. When discussing the environment it suggests changes that may occur. As a result, this also means that there is no association with the organization. However, this is definitely not the case as the organization and environment go hand and hand and work together simultaneously (both on the same page). The environment is a very influential element and factor to the organization. It influences the decision making of the employees as well as the employers.
