Diplomatic peace: keeping things as they are as long as there is no violence. Media might focus in visible violence and not in underlying problem. Peace searching is constant even when war is not imminent. No, positive peace does not justify the use of war under any circumstance. Societies with the absence of physical violence but that still are oppressed should not be considered in peace. Capitalist: economic freedom + individual liberty - mass poverty. Socialist: economic security + social security - political freedoms. War arises from the outbreak of constant military tension.
