More likely to conflict with people you are connected to in a personal way. Conflict occurs when people want different things or when two people want the same thing but both can"t have it. Most relational disagreements have a source, a beginning, a middle, an end and an aftermath. Sets stage for disagreement- begins when you become aware that there are differences between you and another person- perceptions, goals or resources. One of you becomes aware the differences in the relationship are increasingly problematic. May begin in self-talk or realize you won"t achieve an important goal or someone has the resources you need to achieve it. Differences in perception doesn"t always lead to increased frustration.
