Document Summary

A woman"s body is something extraordinarily individual and unique in the most complex of ways. Unparallel views on women"s reproductive health can be seen everywhere in today"s society. The past four years in america have been difficult for advocates of women"s reproductive rights and under the current administration, things aren"t very promising. The bush administration has succeeded in taking rights from women in regards to their bodies and intends to, and is capable of taking more. 2 administration policies on women"s reproductive health are doing much more to harm women than to help them and they plan on continuing in the same direction. When bush took office in 2001, things were destined to change. Bush"s conservative viewpoints on issues worried many women who were concerned about their rights to choice and reproductive health, and other advocates of the same causes. Democratic power in congress began to dwindle and even after the 2004 election, is still in the minority.
