Managed by the imf (international monetary fund) 2) globalization brings benefits to a large amount of people. Take advantage of the global economy and close the technology gap. Give too much weight to the interests of finance capital in rich countries. In order for countries to get a loan, those under imf rule had to cut social service organizations.
