Hallmark of beer: hops and barley made toast the barley and mix with hops, and use water (yeast to get it to ferment, as yeast eat what"s in there) Wine: occasionally 15% red, all we can get from direct fermentation otherwise yeast start poisoning themselves. Fermentation: makes wine, converts natural sugars into ethyl alcohol using yeasts. Distillation: produces liquor by boiling a fermented liquid then cooling (higher alcohol) Jacking: freezing off water to increase alcohol % Gin: put dried juniper berries, good taste, could also use potatoes. Tequila: thought worm was cocaine, worm is a delicacy.
