Database: a structured set of data held in a computer, especially one that is accessible in various ways. Cell address or reference a string identifying a particular cell in a spreadsheet, possibly relative to the cell containing the reference. A cell reference may be absolute (denoted by a. $ prefix in excel ) or relative (no prefix) in each dimension, thus, e. g. b refers to the second cell across in the sixth row. Absolute reference there are two types of cell references: relative and absolute. Relative and absolute references behave differently when copied and filled to other cells. Relative references change when a formula is copied to another cell. Absolute references, on the other hand, remain constant, no matter where they are copied. Relaive reference by default, all cell references are relative references.
