Document Summary

2 types of aging: biological aging- all the changes that happen to your body from when you are born to the moment you die. Basically it is what you can see- same in all people: you grow your first set of teeth, loose them, and your new permanent ones grow in. Most of the problems associated with aging are due to abusing or neglecting the body when it is young. Successful aging- has to be a goal you establish early in life. Challenge the mind- education does not end with school- cross word, sudoku, and reading: the more you challenge your mind the more your fluid intelligence remains intact. Your fluid intelligence determines your quick decision- making. Develop some consistent level of fitness- most of the things that happen to you body from age 25 to 70 have to do with you not being fit.
