Key players: eros, ge, uranus, cronus, rhea, zeus. Eros was once a 16 year old boy who was transformed into an adolescent boy we now know as cupid. Ge was earth and gave birth, without the help of a male, to three children; the heavens, seas, and mountains. Ge needed a husband so she married her son heaven, who was then renamed uranus. Uranus, for fear that his children would stronger than him, stuffed them all back into ge. With a sickle that was made ge and given to her child inside of her, cronus came from within and chopped off the gentiles of. Castrated men could not lead therefore uranus was no longer chief god and the title was then passed on to cronus. Cronus needed a sister so he married his own sister rhea. Cronus for fear that his own children would overpower him like he did his own swallowed each of his children.
