Document Summary
It is the most powerful and wealthiest terrorist organization to date. In 2005, there was a huge economic issue in syria and water shortage - farmers lost their way of living, moving into cities into large numbers. Once these people moved into the cities looking for job and there was a protest among all this unemployment and poverty. The regime came in and dropped bombs on this protest, temporarily shutting it down. The family members of those who were killed came back to the street, asking for economic stability, and then the regime came back to using chemical bombs. Using the desperation in the society and uses their forces, materializing them into their own forces. Isis is trying to bring sympathy to their own cause and has become the only alternative to the regime: western states vs isis, even if isis is the enemy, they are still maintaining the force in western states.
