Leisure is an essential part of our lives when involved in satisfying leisure, we develop a sense of freedom, control, creativity, and achievement. There is much debate about how to define leisure. Snow analogy for someone who lives in a climate where snow isn"t very common, one word may be sufficient to describe what snow is. But in colder regions, a variety of terms may be used, specifically, terms like powder, corn, fine-grained, and wet snow. Perceived freedom, intrinsic motivation, perceived competence, and positive affect are critical to the determination of an experience to be leisurely or not.
