It might be helpful to explain what your government does to increase voter turnout/if it has fines or punishments for not voting. You are one of the founders of a new country. You are tasked with building a country that can govern itself independently, and well. Using what you know about the different components of the political systems we"ve studied, you will put together a country that you think is the best mix of those components. For this essay exam, it is imperative that you accomplish two things: Describe the political system and form of government you are choosing, and; justify why you have made those choices (that is, giving us a rationale for why).
