You might also have shoe fetishism fall underneath that. You might have cross dressing that falls underneath that as well. So, in terms of kinky, we"re going to use it as an umbrella term for a bunch of other subsets. Definition of consent as positive, unambiguous and voluntary agreement to engage in specific sexual activity throughout a sexual encounter. So with any sexual activity including kink- consent can not be obtained by omission, by leaving something out. You are responsible for your own well being regardless of what role that you wind up gravitating towards. And you need to be able to maintain control of your own safety and your boundaries throughout the entire encounter. Yes, it is normal for young children to masturbate.
