Civil war victory to second camp, as the parliament voted for 1) executing king charles 1 2) abolished star chamber which restricted enclosures 3) established rule that the king cannot rule without parliament consent. By (cid:883)(cid:888)(cid:890)(cid:890), the king(cid:495)s authority became nominal and all the power was vested in the parliament.
