Animals are like us in morally relevant ways. All animals are equal (one of his articles): It is irrational and unfounded to be bias towards our own species: animals are smarter than many people, we should change our practices concerning animals in food, clothing, experiments, amusement, labour, companionship, and religious sacrifices. Animals are sentient that they can be hunt and harmed. We have the responsibility to not harm them. We should recognize their rights and moral consideration. His theory is the basis for peta (organization) Believes animals are another resource not to be wasted. Experimentation with animals for our purpose and our supposed benefit: test household chemical products, teach/train students, food, research, hunting, clothing, income, zoos/circus, transportation, therapy, pets, work, religious rights. There are improvements in human health because of vivisection. We are indebted to vivisection (humans are better because of it vaccines, surgeries etc. )
