The experiential learning cycle of kolb (1984) determines that once a specific experience has occured, learning takes place through reflective observation, abstract conceptualisation and active experimentation (mcleod, 2013). To develop my interpersonal skills, kolb"s three steps will be incorporated into this portfolio following concrete experience of a vital incident that occurred in my team.
