Android Studio 13 creating new flutter project not creating pubspec.yaml file.
Attaching screenshots of my Android Studio and Explorer Window.
In this order New_Flutter_Project.jpg performed this operation first.

Result: Explorer.jpg missing pubspec.yaml file. Already submitted this issue to Android Studio Group. But I just wanted to know do other people see this same issue when using Android Studio 13 or am I missing something in these screenshots. 

Flutter Program ver 3.7.6 and Android Studio Eel ver 2022.1.1 Patch 1

Saw this Youtube program for a flutter todo list program.

Downloaded and ran it.

The pubspec.yaml ran pub get and I get this error msg see 2nd screenshot below the first screenshot. How to do symlink support.

On a Windows 10 OS and my developers option is set to on. See 1st screenshot.

So far my pc is the only one having this issue - Have uninstalled Android Studio and reinstalled it. Other students were using Java 11. So I downgraded my Java 19 to Java 11 and it still gives me that error message. Running out of ideas. Is there a person here that I can have real time discussion about this problem.
