I am doing a assignment for a law class where I have to write. Cross examination questions. The questions are based on the R.v Hudson case automatism. (the case about Michael Hudson, who drove 27 km to his in-laws home and he killed his mother-in-law and seriously injured his father-in-law but then he claims that he was sleepwalking.) you can read more about this case on Google and then do this for me.

So I am cross examining constable kramer which is on the defence team.

Cross examination consist in interrogating the opposite parties witness who has already testified (for example, direct examination) it may be followed by a re-direct examination. The scope of cross examination is checking, or discrediting the witnesses testimony, knowledge or credibility. And preparing your cross examination, you should focus on the fact that will help prove your case. Your questions on Cross should be leading giving the witness very little to no opportunity to explain his/her/their views.

task:

1. choose one witness from the other side. (we are doing constable kramer)

2. Compose cross examination questions for that witness make sure that your questions are open and type questions.

3. Minimum 10 questions for that witness

THE PICTURES BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF A CROSS EXAMINATION TO HELP YOU:
