Writing Prompt: To Ghost Or Not To Ghost?

Directions: Share your opinion on ghosting in a one-to three-page opinion essay using the following bullet points to organize your ideas:

- Start with a short introduction on ghosting, and state whether or not you believe it is OK. to ghost someone on social media in order to end a relationship.

- If you answered "no" to the debate question, you could describe a time someone ghosted you or a friend of yours, and say how badly you felt when you were ignored with no explanation.

- If you answered "yes"to the debate question, you could describe a time you or a friend felt it was OK to ghost someone, and give reasons to justify cutting off communication to end that relationship.
