I have a worksheet for Chemistry lab. This is the first week ofOrganic Chem so I am still unsure on some of the function groupsand the solubility of them is not something we have covered inlecture. I have 6 functional groups and I need to know if they aresoluble in water, acid, or base. I'll include my answers, pleasecorrect me and help me with the rest. Please include of anexplanation of why or why not these functional groups are solubleor insoluble so I can actually learn this stuff.

Rubidium, Rb+ is neither an acid nor a base, hence, we do not include Rb+ in acid base chemistry BUT WHY is it not an acid or a base, and is there "A LIST" of elements that are neither acid nor base which are to always be excluded from acid base chemistry?
