ISO/IEC 17025 document on Clauses & Requirements

Question: Each scenario represents what an assessor might see at a laboratory during an assessment. You must relate each scenario to a specific clause or sub-clause in the ISO 17025 standard (use the checklist to find these clause). Work on identifying any clauses that might relate to the scenario (could be multiple answers for one scenario but minimum 2).

Scenario:

In a diamond-grading laboratory, the assessor noticed clusters of jewellery grade diamonds set out on the workbenches without any accompanying identification of their source, mass or number. The laboratory manager claimed that this wasn't a problem because most of his customers were "regulars" and it was his business to know which diamonds belonged to whom

Identify what clause and how they don't follow them.
