A 62 resistor is connected in series with a 93 mH inductor and a0.2 μF capacitor. The applied voltage has the form E = 190 V sin(2f t), where the frequency is f = 1178 cycles/s. Find the rmscurrent. Answer in units of A.

I have tried this probs several ways inclduing: V=IXL for prob 15.I believe my prob is that the supposed "applied voltage has theform E = 190 V sin(2 pi f t)" I need to solve for E(which I willplug in for V) but I am unsure of what "t" is suppose to be. Pleasehelp. Thanks
