A diffraction grating is made up of slits of width 280 nm withseparation 780 nm. The grating is illuminated by monochromaticplane waves of wavelength ? = 430 nm at normal incidence.
(a) How many maxima are there in the full diffractionpattern?
(b) What is the angular width of a spectral line observed in thefirst order if the grating has 860 slits?
I just need help solving part b. Answer in radians.
