Imagine your dream job. Write down what you would say to introduce yourself to the manager interviewing you for the job—no more than three sentences. Give the introduction in front of a mirror or in front of a friend. Try doing it in workout clothing or pajamas. Try it in business clothes. Try doing it looking down and with your arms folded. Try doing it with your head up, shoulders back, and a big smile.

Consider how the message of the same words came across differently based on your posture. In your initial post, tell us what you learned and how you can use it to improve how others see you in the future.
