Concrete operations ( 7-11 years: uses memory to learn, aware of reversibility. Formal operations ( 11-15 years: reality, abstract thought, can deal with past, present and future, deductive reasoning. Maladaptations and malignancies: the needs foods biting sensory distortion - withdrawal. Autonomy vs. shame and doubt: childhood retention of feces. Mal-adaptations and malignancies: communicate needs develops a sense of trust, waste security and self-worth. Learning sex difference when this occurs and sexual modesty.
