Evaporation is defined as the process of a liquid turning into a gaseous state which is caused by the increased of temperature or pressure. This is the primary process in the hydrologic cycle which is one of the vital cycles on earth. The three sources of water bodies, saturated soils and unsaturated surfaces. Water bodies such oceans, rivers, lakes and etc. , are the primary source of evaporation, comprising 90% of the moisture in the atmosphere. Saturated soils also are another source of evaporation, soils that is saturated can turn to dry because it can also be subject to evaporation. Digital thermometer: atmospheric pressure atmospheric pressure affects evaporation in a way that if the air above the body water has a low pressure, the rate evaporation will be greater. Digital thermometer: wind wind affects evaporation in a way that it replaces the moist air near the body of water and replaces it with dry air that then promotes evaporation.
