It aims at assisting the organization to deliver services to meet the needs and expectations of the goals of the organization. Policy forms a platform for a company"s vision and mission statement. Kottre (1990) defined vision as a description of something (an organization, corporate culture, a business, a technology, an activity) in the future. It is a statement of what or how you would like things to be. It depicts a picture of the future you are working to create and what you want your business to become.
