We have decided to change the format of the final test, to include short answer questions. At 8am on wednesday december 9th, i will post an announcement with links to four media articles. The questions for part 1 will be based upon one of the four articles. You will be randomly assigned one of the four articles that random assignment will happen inside the test. So in other words, you will not know which article you have to answer questions on until you start the test so read all four articles. I am giving you all four articles in advance, so you are not reading them for the first time during the test. You will have 90 minutes to complete the final test. Industrial designs, patents, copyright, trademarks: application of each, characteristics of each, what protections they provide, how long the protection lasts, whether the intellectual property must be registered in order to get the protection, business forms.
