Country life, inc. is a company that leases privately owned cottages to customers. It leases furnished cottages on behalf of the owners who wish to earn income when they do not use their properties. A cottage can be rented for a few weeks. In order to improve the company operations, it is necessary to store all related information in a database. Cottage owners are described by owner id, name, address and commission the owner pays to the company. Each cottage has a unique number assigned by the company and is described by an address, its category, number of bedrooms and weekly rent. Each cottage belongs to exactly one owner; and each owner may possess one or more cottage. Each cottage includes various pieces of equipment which are described by equipment. Id, title, year when the piece was made. The equipment is classified into that provided by cottage"s owner or by the company.
