Observe as the csp is setting up the powerpoint and how they behave as students are settling in. Make sure to also note how they clean-up the room collecting any extra handouts, closing all windows on the computer, etc. Evaluate the csp in their preparedness for the workshop. Does the presenter seem to know what they are discussing and does it seems to be a smooth delivery. Make notes on how dependent the csp is on the powerpoint presentation. Language needs to be specific in nature and help explain the content. Co-presentations the csps should be sharing how they present. You should evaluate on how effective the transitions were between the speakers. Make notes of any time where there were gaps of salience etc.
