Changes in cultural values clearly more widespread acceptance of a recreation and romantic view of sex it"s just a natural part of people in their development. Elkind"s concept of the hurried child emphasis on early maturity creates introduces kids to sexual behavior at earlier age combined with less supervision. Contemporary young people are hurried to grow up and be in self care and be more responsible associated with less supervision.
