Sciatica: occurs in lumbar disc herniation, may involve weakness in dorsiflexion(l5) & plantar flexion(s1) Cervical disc herniation: compress the spinal nerve, causing pain in the lower neck area and shoulders. Intervertebral foramen: contains the nerve roots, vessels of the spinal cord, and the dorsal root ganglion. Kyphoses-thoracic & sacral: concave anteriorly & primary (born with) Spinal cord: meningies has three membranes.
