3, on the nature of political science (37-53). Could lead to good/bad but the path there could be destructive regardless. Even good actions could have bad ends. Raises the question of right and wrong. Simply not good enough to know how to do something. Think about the consequences but are unable to predict outcomes. No one is ever offended by science theories. Need a reason for why a policy is good. Justice is the most important word in politics. A thing is just if it is right. Politics is the human behaviour through observation. Want to know what is right and what is wrong.
