Institutional racism: institutional/structural/systematic racism, (cid:862)the (cid:272)olle(cid:272)ti(cid:448)e failure of a(cid:374) orga(cid:374)izatio(cid:374)/i(cid:374)stitutio(cid:374) to pro(cid:448)ide a(cid:374) appropriate and professional service to people.
