It does this by changing their normal standards of business practice wanted by key publics and activists. Corporate leaders and business college faculty were the actors of corporate responsibility discussion. Leaders say there was a need to integrate strategic planning, public policy analysis, and communication in organizations and some used issues management to decide which product lines to advise by studying trends in public policy. Knowing trends beforehand gives organizations more time to change or adapt negative attitudes toward their practice and any expectations that can"t be changed. There are several definitions of how organizations refer to issues management.
