The things that people consider to be facts. Requires a change in attitude first: attitude. This is the easiest to change: values. These are the hardest to change: attitude is easiest to change, beliefs can only be changed after the attitude, values are the hardest to change. The size of the audience, the physical space, and the nature of the occasion are taken into account.
