We can argue that time is a factor, but in reality new technology is usually called information technology. You would call your computing devices new technology (tablets, computers, laptops, cell phones) Key in order to understand, we have to look at some of the elements line of reason, the past 50 years or more, new devices . If you give it the right language, it will do whatever you tell it to do. Electricity powers your new technology, but when electricity fails, it dies, and it doesn"t work.
