If you"re not in coherence than you are in a diseased state. Expanded vision is wired with the relaxation response. Psychophysiology: helps you understand how di erent interactions, our thoughts impact our physiology changes. Law of initial value: ceiling and oor e ects. Ceiling is like going from 33 to 35 degrees, which is signi cant, but going from 22-24 degrees is not that signi cant. Floor e ects is like going from 5 microvolts to 4 microvolts for emg. Something is very liberal then it becomes super conservative: orienting response: any novel stimulus will get our attention, defensive: painful/ intense stimulus. Like those gruesome safety videos back in the day for construction.
