Action research conceptualized the broader framework that encompasses par and many other approaches. Action and par are similar but also have some differences. These various approaches are collaborative and they will result in direct bene ts to participants. Par is de ned by the sum of its individual terms. P - participatory - all people on the study are involved in all its phases. A - action - create positive change and address injustices.
