Document Summary
All false : environmental factors and such can affect the way you learn, you need the perfect amount of arousal. If you"re aroused too much, anxiety kicks in which can cause a decrease in performance: sensory information does not have to go to the brain, a lot of reflexes occur at the spinal cord, you"re always continuously learning. You"re always refining: all learners are not motivated to learn the skills presented to them. Motivation is a key factor in terms of getting people to do stuff: the person who is just below an expert is better because they have struggled and worked through inconsistencies. Experts have unique ways to do things because they just learnt what works for them and then maximized that. Experts don"t spend time teaching others, they just focus on themselves: the best way to learn is to make mistakes, perfect practice makes perfect play.
