You can find the slowest and quickest races by finding times for the topmost and bottommost dots: when should we use a histogram or stem - and leaf plot, or vice. Versa: histograms & stem and leaf plot both display the distribution of q. data, stem and leaf plot shows exact values. Used for small data: describing a distribution, shape. Right skewed: tail stretches to the right. Light skewed : tail stretches to the left.
