The fetus: at 9 weeks, hands, and face have developed; the embryo is now called a fetus. Milestone of the fetal stage: by six months, the fetus might be able to survive outside the womb. After the fetal period, the child is born! 6/1/16 evolve to look at something that looks more like a face to engage their attention.
