Then looked at dimensions that assessed situations (leader, member, task, position) Linked this to the idea of whether or not the organization will call for relationship oriented or task-oriented leader. Relationship oriented all about the people, developing connections, building rapport with the team. Task oriented all about the structure, what needs to be done, what"s the process for getting it. Refer to the model on pg 359-361. In different situations, different types of leaders are better.
