Flashbulb memories incredibly vivid and specific memories tied to specific, intense, often negative events that we experience. Self-control the ability to regulate behaviour and focus on positive goals and avoid negative ones. Burnout - long term exhaustion and loss of motivation caused by chronic stress at work or school.
