Lymphatic vessels collect excess luid surrounding tissues: generate blood pressure, transport blood & other components, exchange nutrients, wastes at capillaries, regulate blood low. Large muscle organ consisting of cardiac muscle tissue (myocardium) 2 sets of valves: semilunar & av (cuspid) Pulmonary circuit (right: body heart lungs. Left ventricles more muscular because it pumps blood to the entire body. Arterioles more muscular to withstand the higher pressure exerted on them.
