Lymphatic system: dumps fluid back into the bloodstream at the subclavian veins near the shoulder: blocked = leads to swelling in area, localized swelling of lymphs. Fluid identical to interstitial fluid: lymphatic vessels, where lymph flows, one-way valves to prevent backflow, lymphatic tissues/organs.
