Semantic: normative theory examples, empirical theory rise of positivism, critical perspectives / alternative methodologies. What we hold in common concern of a group, community, region, nation, and humanity, planetary: the root of the world polis in community (what does the city hold in concern, where the polis came from). Democracy the most people have the power. Monarchy king or queen decides who interests prevail. What we think is political changes over time. Most people don"t think it is political but the aids virus became incredibly political during its time, now ebola has become increasing politically. Therefore subject to change through actions, processes, development of structures and systems. Most western countries decided to create a public education system we moved it into the political sphere, became the common concern of the whole community.
