Dissociative amnesia - where individuals lose memories for particular period of tie (shown in fiction) usually for short period of time triggered by some stressful event - goes away by itself. Flight from reality - individual will come to senses and doesn"t know where they are or how they got there. Amnesia but also travelled distance that they do not recognize. Most of history, went by another name (multiple personality disorder) Depersonalization - loss of sense of self, identity, unreality about own personality. Derealization - about unreality abut environment around you - still know who you are - seems like you are living in a tv, film. Change in name is because its not a full integrated personality, but rather personality fragments. Cognitive / sensory motor functioning (primary characteristic in conversion disorder. Recurring gaps in the recall of events, personal info, and or traumatic events, that is inconsistent with ordinary forgetting.
