Some but not as much as other lobes. No right brain or left brain individuals this is wrong. Using frontal lobes to integrate multiple diff memories and knowledge to end up with one answer. Divergent thinking where you take a prob with multiple diff answers. Normal control where asked to write words starting with letter s for 5 mins and then c for 4 mins. Mrs. p has astrocytoma (brain tumor-pressure in frontal lobes) Very low in performance compared to control. Lot of words are not spelled well and has shaky writing (mad motor control) Frontal lobe patient show repeated patterns multiple times (not aware)-perservation. Patient showing lack of spontaneity-not showing any difference or creatove function, difference in object they are drawing, executive funtioning, not able to thibk of new ideas or spontaneous ideas. Precentral regions are involved in complex decision making, motivation and role in beh.
